I purchased this Cylinder the end November 2024. Price included freight to Christchurch New Zealand. I trusted the Alibaba Trade assurance scheme that they would honour the purchase. Alibaba did not honour their Trade assurance, and support dishonest agreements and corruption. Cylinder clearance in NZ early January 2025. The goods couldnt be cleared till March 2025. This is because the China supplier and China freight forwarder would not sign the relase document. There were no problems with the New Zealand Freight and Customs. Goods were kept in bond storage 2 months we were charged an extra storage charge of $144.00 + GST. Then an extra exorbiant charge from the China freight forwarder which was at least 3 times more than what we would normally pay. We are well used to the normal charges and this charge was extremely excessive. These Alibaba Suppliers are selling goods to us at one initial price, then extorting customers after they have paid quoted price. Alibaba owes us US$500 now.

Great price for excellent quality product
